Brentwood Man Pistol-Whipped During Violent Carjacking

BRENTWOOD, TN — A man was pistol-whipped during a violent carjacking outside of a Brentwood apartment complex.

As the victim was parking his car outside the The Views of Brentwood on Plum Neely Circle around 6:30 Friday night when he was approached by two men who demanded his phone, wallet and car keys, forcing the man out of his car and on to the grass at gunpoint. One of the attackers struck the victim on the head with his gun before the pair drove off in his 2007 Nissan Maxima with South Carolina plates EMB772.

Police say the suspects are two black men, both around 5-foot-9-inches tall and weighing between 150 and 160 pounds. One of the two was wearing a gray hoodie and baggy pants.
