Brentwood Middle's Nathan Cummings and Ravenwood High's Kristi Neuroth named as county's best.

FRANKLIN, TN — Williamson County Schools named Brentwood Middle's Nathan Cummings and Ravenwood High's Kristi Neuroth as the district's Middle School and High School Teacher of the Year for 2016-17, respectively, at an awards ceremony Thursday.
Cummings, in his sixth year with Williamson County Schools, is an eighth-grade history teacher at Brentwood Middle.
“I enjoy seeing the kids learn,” said Cummings. “For [me], that’s the whole point of teaching. It’s about seeing the light bulb go off and being there when it happens.”
