Brentwood's Bobby Hullett Appointed To Williamson County Commission, Opening Up School Board Seat

Hullett will fill the seat left vacant by Tom Bain's resignation; his now-vacant school board seat will be filled by the commission.

FRANKLIN, TN β€” The Williamson County Commission voted Monday night to appoint Bobby Hullett to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Tom Bain.

Hullett's elevation to the commission leaves his seat on the Williamson County Board of Education vacant. That vacancy will be filled by a vote of the county commission.

Hullett was elected by voice vote, winning appointment over Hugh DuPree, John Magyar, and Jennifer Luteran. Luteran ran against Hullett in what was the most contentious school board race in the last cycle. Omar Hamada had submitted an application to fill the vacancy, but withdrew before Monday's vote.
