FRANKLIN,Β Tenn. βΒ TheΒ WilliamsonΒ County Health DepartmentΒ will holdΒ aΒ special βFightFluTNβΒ eventΒ on Tuesday,Β November 9th toΒ provide flu shots at no chargeΒ toΒ increase the number ofΒ people vaccinatedΒ against influenzaΒ in Tennessee.Β The Tennessee Department of HealthΒ urges allΒ Tennesseans agesΒ six months and olderΒ who have not yet received a flu shot to get one as soon as possible.Β Β

No appointments are needed toΒ getΒ a flu shot during this event. COVID-19 testing will not be available during flu vaccination hours but self-test kits will be disseminated at the site. COVID-19 vaccinations will resume at the Ag Center from 1:00 β 3:00 pm.Β
