
BRENTWOOD, TN — Brentwood is hiring.
City jobs — full- and part-time — are available and the city is making a push to fill its open positions, going to lengths it's never gone to before to find applicants. Assistant city manager James Evans told WKRN the city is using social media to get the word out and the city commission approved pay increases across a variety of positions to help draw qualified applicants. Evans told the station he expects most potential employees will come from outside Brentwood, which boasts one of the state's lowest unemployment rates and highest costs of living.
