Construction Begins on New Hotel in Old Town Center in Brentwood

BRENTWOOD, TN — Blasting is underway near the original town center of Brentwood — or, more accurately, "Hardscuffle" — as construction begins on the new SpringHill Suites on Wilson Pike Circle.

The 97,000 square foot, four-story building will include a 134-room hotel, plus retail and office space. It is being developed by Nashville's Pinnacle Hospitality Partners, which paid $2.2 million for the lot in 2014.

The project is slated for a 2017 completion and will result in the widening of both Wilson Pike Circle and Frierson Street, according to the Brentwood Home Page.
