First Hill Center Tenants Ready to Move In as Sidewalks Near Completion
The first cohort of tenants at the Hill Center Brentwood should start the move-in process in October.
BRENTWOOD, TN — Sidewalks at the new Hill Center Brentwood are almost complete as the first group of tenants near move-in day.
Congestion may pick up on Maryland Way as crews complete the sidewalks and parking spaces, though work is scheduled to be done overnight and stop by 7 a.m. to keep rush hour disruptions at a minimum. The sidewalks around the development are scheduled to be complete October 15.
The first group of tenants, scheduled to open in the fall or winter, includes TMPartners, LBMC, Nama Sushi, Holler & Dash, Dress Up, Hand & Stone, Noire The Nail Bar, Del Frisco’s Grille and Uncle Julio’s, according to the Brentwood Home Page.

Under construction for nearly a year, the $211 million, 17-acre Hill Center Brentwood will include 600,000 square-feet of office, retail and restaurant space.
Accounting firm LBMC will occupy nearly 80,000 square feet of a four-story, 117,000 square foot building. A second office building will house 100 employees of First Tennessee Bank in 31,000 square feet, according to the Home Page.

The a six-level, 852-space parking garage is close to complete and will be ready when the first tenants open in November.
