β’ Construction officially begins on new Anderson County Animal Shelter (oakridger.com) β Construction is underway on the new Anderson County Animal Shelter in Clinton, bringing a modern facility for homeless pets closer to reality for local residents. County and city leaders gathered June 15 for a groundbreaking ceremony, celebrating a project that will centralize animal services and support for the entire community. Expect continued work at the Clinton site in coming months.
