4 Guns In 4 Days Seized At Nashville International Airport
The Transportation Security Administration says four guns were found in carry-on baggage in four days at Nashville's airport.

NASHVILLE, TN — Airport security officials found four guns in four days in carry-on luggage at Nashville International.
The Transportation Security Administration said the weapons were found during security screenings between August 10 and 13.

Two of the four were loaded.
When guns are discovered, the TSA alerts airport police who then take possession of the weapon and escort the passengers from the checkpoint area.

So far this year, 53 guns have been discovered at the checkpoint, on pace for 85 by year's end. Last year, 80 weapons were found, according to the TSA
