NASHVILLE, TN -- The man accused of killing a 39-year-old man and dumping his body in a treeline in East Nashville turned himself into police Wednesday night.

The body of Horace Whitley was found in a wooded area near the James Cayce Homes and the Martha O'Bryan Center Nov. 21.
