Nashville Man Kicks Car Thinking It's His; It Isn't, So He's Arrested
A man was found kicking and punching a car in East Nashville, drunkenly convinced it was his, police say.

EAST NASHVILLE, TN — With the self-assurance that so often accompanies intoxication, a Nashville man was punching, kicking and trying to unlock a car in East Nashville that he was convinced was his own, according to police. It wasn't, however, so he was arrested.
Police were called to the intersection of Main Street and 10th around 4 a.m. Thursday and found the man violent attacking the car, apparently frustrated his key — which was broken off in the driver's side door's lock — would not work. It didn't work because, as police and the suspect soon discovered, it wasn't, in fact, his car.
