Truck Crashes Into Donelson Krystal, Drive-Thru Remains Open
No one was injured and business was only slightly inconvenienced by a bizarre wreck at the Donelson Krystal.
DONELSON, TN — Not even a truck-sized hole in the side of the building could keep the drive-thru at the Donelson Krystal closed Monday.
Metro Police are investigating how the driver of a pick-up truck ended up with his vehicle in the side of the Lebanon Pike Krystal Monday morning. (For more updates on this story and free news alerts for your neighborhood, sign up for your local Middle Tennessee Patch morning newsletter.)
The pick-up left the road, crashed into the side of the building and then reversed, crashing into a fence. No one, including the driver, was injured.

Employees at the restaurant were able to serve food out of the drive-thru, though the dining room was closed.
