1 Arrested, 2 Sought In Franklin Carjacking

One man was arrested and his two alleged accomplices are at large in a violent Franklin carjacking.

FRANKLIN, TN — Three men are suspected in a violent early Thursday morning Franklin carjacking.

The victim told police she was sitting in the front seat of her vehicle at 2:30 Thursday morning on Cherokee Place when a group of men pulled her from her vehicle, assaulted her and stole her car. At least one of the suspects was armed with a handgun. The stolen car has since been recovered. Barry Harris, 31, who has prior convictions for violent felonies, was arrested Thursday and charged with aggravated robbery. Harris is jailed on a $50,000 bond.

Detectives are searching for two suspects, Dewayne Harris (top right above) and Dejon Gullat (bottom right), who are wanted for aggravated robbery. Both suspects are considered armed and dangerous, according to the FPD.
