2 Killed in Carters Creek Pike Crash in Franklin
A single-vehicle crash southwest of downtown Franklin killed two people Sunday.

FRANKLIN, TN — Carters Creek Pike southeast of downtown Franklin was closed for several hours Sunday following a fatal single-vehicle wreck.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol says three people were inside the car when it crashed around 5 a.m. Sunday. Two people were killed. The condition of the third person is unknown.
A stretch of the road was closed for about six hours Sunday as the THP and Williamson County Sheriff's deputies investigated.
