Bottle-Tossing Brentwood Man Busted For DUI: Franklin Police
Franklin Police responding to a car accident say one driver was seen throwing booze bottles into a nearby tree line.
FRANKLIN, TN — An early morning crash in Franklin ended with the arrest of a Brentwood man for DUI.
Franklin Police responded to a two-car wreck at Franklin Road and Mack Hatcher and say that when they arrived, one of the drivers, 20-year-old Andrew Warren of Brentwood, was throwing bottles of alcohol from his car into nearby woods. Officers "determined that Warren was impaired at the time of the crash" and arrested him. No one was injured in the crash.
Warren was charged with DUI and is free on $2,500 bond.
