Cash Reward Offered For Power Tool Thief In Franklin

Franklin Police want to identify this shoplifter. On 09/29/20, he stole Dewalt power tools valued at over $700 from Lowe’s at 3060 Mallory Lane. He left the parking lot in a black Ford four door sedan. There is a cash reward for information in the case.
