City Of Franklin: Cash Reward Offered For ID Of Credit Card Crook

Franklin Police are hoping someone might recognize a man who used stolen credit cards at two Cool Springs stores. The cards, stolen from a woman’s purse at TJ Maxx, were used a short time later at a nearby Best Buy and Target. It happened on July 17.
