Morning, everybody! It's me, Danielle Fallon-O'Leary, your host of the Franklin Daily. Here's what you need to know about what's happening these days in town.
But first, today's weather:

Here are the top three stories in Franklin today:
- The City of Franklin is conducting a comprehensive quality of life survey. A selection of random residents will be receiving a postcard in the mail with directions on how to participate in the survey. All residents can participate online. The survey will be available at this link. (Press Release Desk)
- A new Franklin townhome community offers a unique concept for residents searching for high-quality living space without the commitment of home-buying. The new community is at 500 Black Tea Way and was developed by Haven Realty Capital. Simmons Ridge's first phase has been completed just a few minutes from I-65. Click to learn more about the new community. (Williamson Source)
- Williamson County's I-65 will be having nightly lane closures while pavement markings are retraced. The closures will be from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. in both the northbound and southbound directions. The markings will be sprayed with a thermoplastic. (TN.gov)
