Cool Springs Toys R Us Employee Arrested in PlayStation Heist

Franklin Police say an 18-year-old Toys R Us employee threw game consoles to waiting accomplices through a fire door.

FRANKLIN, TN — One man was arrested and another is wanted for the theft of three PlayStation consoles from the Cool Springs Toys R Us.

Franklin Police were called to the toy store at 4 p.m. Tuesday after employees recovered three of the video-game consoles, which had been allegedly thrown through a fire door by 18-year-old employee Devin Lunsford. Among the accomplices in what appears to be an inside job is 20-year-old Vince Moseley, a presumably now-former co-worker of Lunsford.

Lunsford was arrested and charged with felony theft and is jailed on a $3,500 bond. Moseley is wanted by Franklin Police, also for felony theft.
