  1. Detectives with the Franklin Police Department are searching for a man fraudulently using credit cards obtained during a smash & grab auto burglary. The man used the credit cards to purchase gift cards at a Nashville Kroger. Anyone with information related to the suspect is being asked to contact Crime Stoppers. (Franklin PD News)
  2. Franklin's Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q has converted itself into a quick-casual dining style. Its new restaurant approach will be showcased at its Mallory Lane location. The restaurant hopes that the new approach will provide faster experiences while maintaining the food quality that Franklin loves. (Williamson Source)
  3. Franklin Special School District's new Performing Arts Center and Poplar Grove Elementary School's new gym are finally completed. The district celebrated with two ribbon-cutting ceremonies last Friday. Ceremony attendees were able to tour the new facilities after the ribbon-cuttings. (Williamson Source)
