Franklin Crash Kills Motorcyclist
A Wednesday evening accident killed a Franklin motorcyclist on East McEwen.
FRANKLIN, TN — A 44-year-old Franklin motorcyclist died after a wreck on East McEwen near Carothers Parkway Wednesday evening.
The motorcyclist, who has not been identified, was traveling east when a 50-year-old Nolensville woman in an SUV — she has also not been identified — changed lanes and knocked the motorcycle into a curb.

The motorcyclist was lifted off the motorcycle and collided with a tree. He was taken in critical condition to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and died overnight.
There were no charges filed initially, but the crash is still under investigation.
