Franklin Crime Stoppers Cash Offered For ID Of Kroger Shoplifter

Franklin Police want to identify a shoplifter who stole about $400 worth of beer and baby formula. This recently obtained surveillance footage shows the suspect from the May 31 theft at the Columbia Avenue Kroger.
