Franklin Police say a 27-year-old Nashville man jumped from a moving car and flushed heroin down a women's toilet at Logan's Roadhouse.

FRANKLIN, TN — It was an allegedly busy afternoon in Cool Springs for 27-year-old Robert Lucas.

Franklin Police say Lucas leaped out of a moving car on Bakers Bridge Road when a squad car pulled behind it at 3:45 Monday afternoon. After a brief pursuit, officers say they found Lucas hiding in a stall in a women's bathroom at Logan's Roadhouse, where became "combative" but was eventually subdued after a brief struggle.

The officers say Lucas told them he went into the bathroom to inject heroin, though it was not clear why he did not use the men's bathroom to do so. Police found evidence of heroin in the stall, where they believe Lucas tried to flush it.
