Franklin Police Seek Shoplifter Who Is Bad at Shoplifting
A man tried to rob the Franklin Walmart, but only came away with a wanted poster.
FRANKLIN, TN — Franklin Police are looking for a man who tried to steal a cartful of items from Walmart, but ended up fleeing empty-handed.
On December 28, police say a man tried to exit the store with stolen cleaning supplies, dog food and treats, and an iRobot vacuum, but when confronted by store security, abandoned his cart and ran to a brown or gold Dodge Durango.
Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 615-794-4000.
