  1. The Franklin Police Department has charged David Baker, 43-years-old, with shoplifting women's clothing. Baker allegedly stole $375 worth of items from the Mallory Lane Kohls on May 24. He has been charged with theft, violation of probation, and possession of heroin. (WKRN News 2)
