Nashville Men Ignore Walmart's Lifetime Ban, Steal Computers And Clothes: Police
After Tuesday's arrest, it seems unlikely neither man will see their lifetime ban from Walmart lifted.

FRANKLIN, TN — Two Davidson County men were arrested in Franklin Tuesday afternoon, charged with stealing more than $1,000 in merchandise from the Mallory Lane Walmart.
Store security told police two men fled in a white Ford F-150 which was then spotted nearby on Cool Springs Boulevard. The truck, driven by 21-year-old Ricky Chears of Old Hickory, contained two stolen computers and clothes, according to police. Chears and his passenger, Kenneth Booker of Nashville, were arrested. Chears was charged with driving on a revoked license, felony theft, and, having previously received a lifetime ban from Walmart, criminal trespass. He was released on a $4,000 bond.
