- Patrick Cassidy, the artistic director of Studio Tenn. and brother to 70's teen idol Shaun Cassidy, is having his directorial debut of It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play at The Factory at Franklin's Jamison Theater. The event began this past Thursday and will continue through Christmas Eve. Tickets are available online. (WSMV Nashville)
- The McLemore House Museum in Franklin's historic Hard Bargain neighborhood has completed a renovation and repair project. Before it officially opens in February, the McLemore House will open for a one-day-only holiday tour today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reenactors will lead tours and tell the story of people like Harvey McLemore and another of his descendants, Mag Matthews. - Join the Carter House for a comprehensive walking tour of the Carter House and the Franklin battlefield today at 9 a.m. The Extended Tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and is located at 1140 Columbia Avenue. (Eventbrite)
