Report: Franklin Airbnb Operators Made $1.46M, Hosted 9,000 Guests in 2016
The short-term rental service said Franklin is Tennessee's 7th-largest Airbnb market.

FRANKLIN, TN — More than 200 Airbnb operators in Franklin made $1.46 million in 2016, hosting more than 9,000 people at their short-term rental properties, according to a report from the company.
Those 9,000 guests represent year-over-year growth of 162 percent, according to the report. The typical Franklin host earns a $7,600 in annual supplemental income and rents all or part of their homes an average of three nights per month.
Franklin was home to the 7th largest home sharing market in Tennessee in 2016.
