- The Franklin Police Department has arrested a suspect accused of robbing cars. Edwin Andrews, 35, is allegedly responsible for burglarizing unlocked vehicles along West Main Street and Downs Boulevard. He has been charged with criminal impersonation, evading arrest, felony theft, drug possession, and auto burglary with more charges possible. (WZTV)
