Top Dogs: Franklin K9s Take Regional Honors
Extra treats are forthcoming for Franklin's K9 officers, who took top marks at a regional competition.

FRANKLIN, TN — Franklin's four-legged officers and their bipedal partners are celebrating after taking top honors at a regional competition over the weekend.
Jenks and his partner, Officer Brett Spivy, were named Overall Regional Champion at the United States Police Canine Association, Region-13 Field Trials. Officers Spivy and Jenks also brought home first place in Novice Dog, first place in agility, second place in criminal apprehension, second place in evidence search and third place in total search. Duke and his partner, Officer Gibbs, won second place in Novice Dog, third place in evidence search, and third place in obedience.
