Rutherford County employers are invited to the We Grow Talent Summit to identify and immediately implement innovative practices to acquire, grow and retain talent.

During this half-day conference, business leaders will rotate through a combination of presentations and breakout sessions led by workforce professionals. During these sessions, attendees will receive resources, tools and strategies to strengthen and broaden the local talent pool.

This event has limited capacity due to COVID-19 restrictions. To maximize impact, we request companies limit registrations to three (3) employee attendees.
