Williamson County Chamber: Reliant Bank Promotes Zina Harris To VP, Learning And Development Manager

Harris holds 20 years of collective organizational training experience within the banking and hospitality industries.

BRENTWOOD, Tenn – Reliant Bank has promoted Zina Harris to Vice President, Learning and Development Manager. In her new role, Harris will support Reliant’s strategic training initiatives, providing leadership, direction and guidance to the bank’s team of learning specialists.

Harris holds 20 years of collective organizational training experience within the banking and hospitality industries. She joined the Reliant team in 2018, and most recently served in the position of AVP, Branch Manager at the bank’s Thompson’s Station location in Williamson County. Harris has played a key role in supporting the bank’s retail management training program, often helping to transition retail leaders during mergers and acquisitions.

“As a learning advocate, I am passionate about the investment made to employee development and equipping our team with the skills and confidence needed to excel in what they do. This involves planning and affording the appropriate resources, relevant to career path and goals, while encouraging growth and success,” stated Harris.

Harris is an active member of the community and currently serves as Executive Secretary and Marketing Committee Chair for the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Harris is also a member of the Thompson’s Station Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and a representative of the Tennessee Bankers Association’s Women in Banking Committee.
