Williamson County Schools Approve 2017-18 Calendar

FRANKLIN, TN — The Williamson County Board of Education approved the 2017-18 district calendar Tuesday. Students will report to class August 10 and be out for summer vacation May 18.

Here are some key dates from the calendar:

• August 10: First day of school, full day.
• September 4: Labor Day, no school.
• October 11-13: Fall break
• November 20-24: Thanksgiving break
• December 21: End of first semester, half-day for students
• December 22-January 4: Winter break
• January 5: First day of second semester
• January 15: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, no school.
• March 26-30: Spring break
• May 18: Last day of school, half-day for students
