Bellevue Restaurant Set Ablaze, Burglarized
Police and fire investigators believe Bellevue's Kyoto restaurant may have been set on fire intentionally early Monday.
BELLEVUE, TN — Bellevue's Kyoto Japanese Restaurant may have fallen victim to both arson and burglary early Monday, police and fire investigators say.
Fire investigators say that the blaze at the restaurant near Highway 100 started in multiple places, an indication of arson. The eatery's sprinkler system went a long way to putting the fire down, but Nashville Fire crews remained on scene past dawn to cool hot spots that remained.

Police say there were also indications the restaurant, which suffered significant water damage, was also burglarized.
