GREEN HILLS, TN — A 35-year-old man went on a wacky vandalism rampage in Green Hills late Wednesday, police say.

Bobby Kelley allegedly busted through the front door of the Glen Echo Road branch of Capital Bank and broke a teller's window before police found him in a second-story restroom, stuffing toiler paper into a sink drain in an apparent attempt to flood the bank.

Police say Kelley also doused several rooms with a fire extinguisher, ruining a copy machine.
