BELLEVUE, TN — A man was shot overnight in Bellevue after trying to chase down the men who stole his wallet and gun from inside his truck.
Just before midnight Monday, a 25-year-old man was standing with some friends in the parking lot of the Exxon at Highway 70 and Old Hickory Boulevard in Bellevue and then tossed his wallet into his truck. Police say a group of four young people walked up to the truck, reached inside and took the wallet and a handgun.
