Nashville Police: Drunken Man Urinates On West End Wendy's Counter

NASHVILLE, TN — Metro Police arrested a Nashville man early Sunday morning after he allegedly urinated on the counter at the West End Wendy's.

Torrey Howard, 24, was arrested while walking down West End and police say when he noticed officers, he threw his hands in the air and began talking to himself. Once police convinced him to talk to them, he gave "rambling, repetitive" answers.

He was positively identified by Wendy's employees as a man who had left the restaurant a short time earlier after relieving himself on the counter.

Howard was arrested carrying a white bag, though the police report does not say if it contained food from Wendy's, let alone if it was a No. 1.
