Comedian Henry Cho will be the entertainment highlight for the Complete the Dream dinner coming up on November 4. The Volunteer State Community College Foundation is holding the event to raise money for student scholarships and other endeavors. Cho grew up in Knoxville and attended U-T before heading to Hollywood for a stand-up comedy career and appearances on many TV shows and movies. He is known for his “clean” comedy that often describes his experiences as an Asian American growing up in the South. The event begins with cocktails, dinner, and student testimonials.
