• Glancy Charles Steiger (sumnercountysource.com) — A longtime Hartsville resident, 94-year-old Glancy Charles Steiger, has passed away, with his son John and family still living in Hartsville. A veteran of both the U.S. Army and Marines, he later taught graphic arts in public schools. Honoring his wishes, he will be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
