In 1978, our company changed its name to FourSeasons and expanded to focus more on large construction projects. Then and now, our business has been inspired and driven by our strong belief in the importance of community.

2. What factors do you attribute to your growth last year?

Our growth last year can be attributed to several factors. First, we expanded our HVAC and mechanical service department into more commercial and industrial environments. We have also expanded our geographic reach to serve new areas throughout Tennessee.

Finally, our growth can be attributed to sales of our custom unit product line, RevolutionAire, which brings new HVAC technology and energy savings to classrooms and schools.

3. How do you see your company evolving and/or what are your plans to sustain that growth in the future?

Moving forward, our focus will be to foster even stronger relationships with our customers. We hope to expand our design-build construction relationships, and so creating a close-knit professional community will be especially important in the coming years.

Additionally, we currently offer indoor air quality services to help combat the COVID-19 virus. By meeting current need for cleaner environments and air quality solutions, we have been able grow during the pandemic, which is vital to our future success.

We will be expanding our RevolutionAire premises in the near future to meet growing demand for the product line. We are excited to continue growing this part of our company while creating new jobs in the process.

4. Are there any aspects of operating in the Knoxville region that has been instrumental in your growth?

For over 90 years, our business has thrived in the Knoxville region. We have had the pleasure of developing a strong team and great culture from the exceptional workforce of this area. We also have an excellent network of Knoxville-based vendors, subcontractors, and other business partners. Finally, we’re proud to say we’ve been a TVA preferred partner since 1989. We would not have achieved our success without the Knoxville business community, and we are very grateful for their decades of continued support.
