A store employee called police, uneasy about the trio's behavior, and when a Murfreesboro officer arrived, he blocked in a 2007 Toyoto Sequoia which had been reported stolen, along with the golf clubs, earlier in Franklin. When the suspects approached the SUV, they noticed the patrol car and tried to flee on foot, the officer wrote in an arrest report, but were detained by nearby back-up officers.
Musovich's bond is set at $21,500, Colthorp's $19,500 and Stahl's $17,500. All three are due in court in July.
