La Vergne Home Invasion Injures 1
A man was seriously injured during a home invasion on La Vergne's Liberty Lane early Thursday.
LA VERGNE, TN — A La Vergne man is hospitalized with serious head trauma following an early Thursday morning home invasion on Liberty Lane.
Police were called to an armed robbery at the home around 5 a.m. The man was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center while a woman inside was not injured. Police do not believe the home invasion was random or a crime of opportunity.
No further details were immediately available as the investigation is ongoing.
