Police are looking for an "armed and dangerous" suspect in the inter-vehicle Tuesday afternoon gunfight.

LA VERGNE, TN — La Vergne Police are looking for a suspect they say fired shots that injured a man in a strange Tuesday gunfight.
Investigators said Joshua Simmons, 27, fired shots at another vehicle at the intersection of Nir Shreibman Boulevard and Murfreesboro Road. The other man was wounded and exited his car, which caused the vehicle to strike a third car.
Simmons has several active warrants and is considered to be armed and dangerous, police said.
