La Vergne & Smyrna Thanksgiving Weekend Weather: A Dry and Cool Weekend Bookended by Rain

Wednesday's rain may cause travel headaches, but most of the long weekend should be dry in northern Rutherford County.

SMYRNA, TN — There's a good chance of rain to begin and end the long weekend, according to the National Weather Service forecast for La Vergne and Smyrna. Outside of late rain chances Wednesday and Sunday, things will be clear and cool.

Wednesday night: A 50 percent chance of showers, otherwise cloudy, low of 51.

Thanksgiving: A 20 percent chance of showers before noon, then mostly cloudy with a high of 62. A mostly cloudy night with a low of 45.

Black Friday: Partly sunny, high of 62. Partly cloudy and colder after sundown, low of 34.

Saturday: Sunny, high of 57. Clear overnight, low of 31.
