Man Arrested At Smyrna Walmart After Allegedly Approaching a Minor for Sex While Drunk
Phillip Dugger is charged with public intoxication and sexual solicitation of a minor.
SMYRNA, TN — A 55-year-old man was arrested at the Smyrna Walmart after allegedly drunkenly approaching a minor and asking for sex.
According to an affidavit, Phillip Dugger approached a juvenile, whose age was not given, while shopping in the Walmart and solicited sex.
Dugger is charged with public intoxication and sexual solicitation of a minor.
