Rutherford County Jailer Arrested for Soliciting a Minor
A 55-year-old corrections officer is accused of sending sexually explicit messages to an underage girl.
MURFREESBORO, TN — A Rutherford County corrections officer is accused of sending sexually-explicit texts to an underage girl.
Daniel Fanning, 55, was arrested in Wilson County and charged with one count of solicitation of a minor and one count of soliciting the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Authorities said the victim told her parents and her parents who then informed police.
