Smyrna Woman Killed In ATV Crash
Highway patrol report says the woman was not wearing a helmet or a seat belt
ROCKVALE, TN — A Smyrna woman died in an ATV accident in rural southern Rutherford County Wednesday afternoon.
According to a report filed by Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Gerald Buchanon, Amber Biggs, 32, lost control of the 2006 Suzuki four-wheeler she was driving on Morgan Road in the Rockvale community around 2:50 PM.
Buchanon wrote that Biggs was thrown from the ATV when it left the road. The ATV rolled into a nearby driveway. Biggs was not wearing a helmet or seat belt and tested positive for alcohol.
