Something's Afoot At The La Vergne Walmart: Police Investigate Fraud, Counterfeiting
La Vergne detectives are seeking suspects who passed fake bills and fake coupons.

LA VERGNE, TN — Funny money and counterfeit coupons have struck the La Vergne Walmart. Detectives are looking for two men who passed bogus bills and a woman wanted across the area in a coupon fraud investigation.
The men believed to have used the fake $100 bills were spotted leaving the scene in a silver SUV. They may be connected to another counterfeit case at the Cool Springs Walmart.

The woman, who may be connected to widespread coupon fraud at numerous area Walmart stores, was seen leaving in a dark SUV.
