• Lebanon Family Restaurant Scores 59 as Inspectors Embargo 50 Pounds of Ribs (wilsoncountysource.com) — Health inspectors recently gave the Shoney's on South Cumberland in Lebanon a score of 59, embargoing about 60 pounds of food, including 50 pounds of cooked ribs kept without date labels. Several temperature, sanitation, and documentation problems were cited, and a follow-up inspection is required, so diners may want to pay attention to posted scores when choosing where to eat locally.
