Failing to appear could permanently bar you from challenging the requested sale to pay estate debts.

BD116290 - Memphis Local, Sports, Business & Food News (dailymemphian.com) — The City of Memphis is seeking bids for fencing materials to support park operations, with responses due September 23, 2026, at City Hall on North Main. Local contractors can download the RFQ from the city's website or contact the purchasing office for details.
3. Funds to replace food lost during Memphis power outages exhausted on first day (localmemphis.com) — Emergency funds meant to help Memphis residents replace food spoiled during last week's long power outages ran out by early afternoon on the very first day. The MemphisCares partnership, launched by city leaders and United Way, has not yet explained how the money was distributed or whether more assistance is coming.
4. Why did ICE agents raid a bar in Memphis' Berclair neighborhood Sunday? (commercialappeal.com) — Immigration agents carried out a large overnight raid at El Corralón in Berclair, detaining more than 100 people in what advocates call one of the biggest recent immigration operations in Memphis. Local organizers and an immigration attorney question the raid's intent and share practical advice on how Memphis residents should respond if approached or detained by ICE.
5. Memphis Zoo Is Looking for a New Look (memphisflyer.com) — Memphis Zoo is inviting you to help choose the direction of its first new logo in more than 30 years through an online vote running August 31–September 14. The rebrand ties into major upgrades ahead, including a revamped Africa section with new elephant habitats and improved spaces for African animals.
